Frank Quintanar is a U.S. Army Veteran, a paratrooper, and a proud member of the Honorable 82nd Airborne Division, a graduate of the 18th Airborne Division Recondo training and the 7th Infantry Division. Mr. Quintanar’s career as an investigator began in the U.S. Military Criminal Investigations Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina where he gained valuable experience in the areas of Black Market investigations, Document Tampering, Drug Suppression, and Covert Operations.
