Bug Sweeping

Bug sweeping or technical surveillance countermeasures is the process of detecting electronic monitoring devices in certain locations.

Surveillance cameras are everywhere. Cameras equipped with microphones let owners listen in on conversations. But most people aren’t aware of them. That means that even though we live in an age where technology is advancing at breakneck speed, we’re also living in a time when our privacy is under attack.

Surveillance cameras are used for a variety of reasons. Some are meant to protect property while others are designed to catch criminals. Still, others are intended to keep an eye on children or elderly parents. But regardless of why they exist, these devices pose a threat to our privacy. Because once someone figures out how to hack into a camera system, they could potentially watch us without our knowledge.

That’s why it’s important to learn how to identify surveillance cameras before they identify you. If you do, you’ll be able to avoid detection and stay safe.

Quinn & Associates offers a full range of bug sweeping and eavesdropping detection services throughout the States of California, and Arizona, and nationwide for businesses, organizations, individuals, and the private sector.

Surveillance and Undercover Investigations

Surveillance involves watching someone without them knowing that they are being watched. This technique is often used when investigating crimes such as murder, kidnapping, drug trafficking, etc. An undercover investigation is similar to surveillance except that the person being investigated knows that he/she is under observation. Undercover investigators usually wear disguises and carry recording devices.

Both techniques are useful when trying to solve crimes or uncover illegal activity. However, there are times when conducting covert operations may be more appropriate than open surveillance. For example, if the person being investigated is suspected of committing a crime against children, it would be better to avoid public exposure.

At Quinn & Associates, our surveillance investigators are highly experienced. Our investigators are equipped with everything needed to capture and document evidence.

Child Support

A child support investigation is an investigative procedure used to determine whether or not a parent is paying his/her child support obligations.

The purpose of a child support investigation is to collect evidence regarding the amount of child support owed and the ability of the non-custodial parent to pay. In order to conduct a child support investigation, the investigator must obtain court authorization. This may be done either by filing a petition with the court or by obtaining a warrant. Once the court authorizes the investigation, the investigator begins gathering information. Information gathered during the course of a child support investigation includes financial records, tax returns, bank statements, credit card bills, utility bills, medical bills, etc.

After collecting all relevant documents, the investigator prepares a report summarizing the results of the investigation. If the investigator finds that the non-custody parent owes back child support, he or she submits the report to the court.

Quinn & Associates Confidential Investigations can track down the parent and make certain that their responsibilities regarding their obligation are fulfilled by providing court-admissible evidence.

Child Custody

Child custody investigations are often conducted when parents are fighting for custody of their children. In these cases, the court may order an investigation to determine whether or not the parent(s) involved in the dispute have committed any form of abuse towards the children. The purpose of these investigations is to determine whether or not the parent(s) involved in the case are fit to care for the children.

In order to conduct an effective investigation, the investigator must gather evidence and interview witnesses. These interviews may include both parties and third-party witnesses.

During the course of the investigation, the investigator may also collect documents such as medical records, police reports, school records, and court records.

Once the investigation is complete, the results are presented to the judge presiding over the case. If the judge determines that the parent(s) are unfit to care for the children, he/she may award temporary custody to another family member or place the children in foster care.

In addition, the court may also order a psychological evaluation of both parties to help them better understand each other and to assist the judge in determining which party would be more suitable to care for the children.

Quinn & Associates has successfully investigated hundreds of child custody cases, and our success rate and investigative methods just keep getting better.

Infidelity Investigation

The most common reason for infidelity investigation is because of a cheating spouse. But there are also other reasons why an affair may be suspected. A business partner might suspect his/her colleague of having an affair. A friend might suspect a co-worker of stealing money. Or perhaps someone suspects a family member of lying about where he/she spends time. In any case, when suspicions arise, the best way to find out whether or not an affair is taking place is to hire an investigator.

Financial Investigations

Financial investigations are an important part of any business. If you want to make sure that you are making the right decisions for your company, you need to do thorough due diligence.

This type of investigation allows you to identify areas where you could improve your cash flow. By identifying potential problems early, you can avoid costly mistakes later on. In addition to helping you manage your money better, financial investigations can also help you protect yourself against fraud. These reports can show you whether there are any red flags in your accounts.

You may also find yourself having to investigate whether there are any legal issues that could affect your business. This means finding out how much money you owe, where you might be able to save money, and even whether you are paying too much tax. The best way to do this is to hire someone to help you.

Investigating is a very complex area of law. There are lots of laws that apply to businesses, and each of them requires careful consideration. A professional investigator will be able to keep track of all of this information and give you a clear picture of what you need to know. Call Quinn & Associates for an appointment today!
